We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label provided through the portal to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer and attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
